What a trade account includes

Moveall for Business publishes these terms for its trade accounts:

• End-of-month accounts. Work is invoiced on EOM terms rather than paid job by job.
• A dedicated account manager. One person who knows your business, your sites and the way you like things done.
• A custom online booking portal. Book jobs online without a fresh quote request each time.
• Trade client priority. Account holders are given priority as trade clients.
• Trade pricing and early-payment terms. Moveall for Business states a minimum of 20% off its retail price for trade accounts, with better terms for paying early.

Trucks and extra tasks on account

Account work uses the same fleet and kit Moveall for Business lists for all its commercial jobs: 3, 5 and 8 tonne Pantech trucks, curtain-siders for palletised side-load freight, and moving blankets. The extra tasks it lists are hanging artwork, assembling furniture and warehouse pick and pack, so a stylist’s load can be placed and hung, a designer’s furniture assembled, and stock picked from a warehouse for delivery.

Why an account suits regular work

A one-off quote makes sense for a one-off move. For regular work it adds a step every time: describe the job, wait for the quote, accept it, pay it. On an account, the terms are agreed once, jobs are booked through the portal or your account manager, and the month’s work arrives on one invoice. For a stylist with several homes on the go, or a business moving furniture between sites, that saves time on both sides.

Cover on account work
